San Felice, Italy

P.T. S. FELICE SPA

The city's bus network and its paid parking, run by one operator — and paid for in one app.

  • Urban bus lines
  • Paid parking
  • Season passes

What this company actually operates

P.T. S. Felice SPA is the public transport operator for San Felice. The work is the ordinary, unglamorous kind: vehicles leave the depot on time, drivers run the lines as published, timetables are revised when the road layout or the school calendar changes, and the paid parking in the centre is metered, enforced and accounted for.

The app is part of that job rather than a separate product. A rider buys a bus ticket, validates it on board and keeps the receipt in their history. A driver parks in a marked bay, pays for the time by number plate, and stops the clock from their phone when they come back early. Both transactions end up in the same account, with the same records, handled by the same office.

What we do not do is leave people guessing. Timetables, diversions, line suspensions and the start and end of each parking tariff period are published as service notices, in plain language, before they take effect wherever we know in advance.

What you can ask us for

Fares, passes and parking arrangements, by the name people use when they write to us.

Single and day bus tickets

Bought in the app before boarding, validated on board, stored as a receipt you can show to an inspector.

  • Valid on urban lines in the published zone
  • On-board validation by code scan
  • Receipt kept in your travel history
  • Works on a phone with no signal once bought
Most asked for

Season passes

Monthly and annual passes for residents, students and commuters, issued to a named holder.

  • Issued digitally to one named holder
  • Renewal reminder before expiry
  • Residency or enrolment checked once at issue
  • Replaceable if the phone is lost

Parking payment by plate

Pay for a marked bay by entering the zone and the plate; extend or stop the session without walking back.

  • Zone and tariff period shown before you pay
  • Extend remotely while the session runs
  • Stop early and pay only for the time used
  • Monthly statement of all sessions

Employer and school agreements

Blocks of season passes for a workforce or a school roll, administered centrally and invoiced to the organisation.

  • One named contact for the whole account
  • Passes added and removed as staff change
  • Consolidated invoicing
  • Line and timetable review for shift patterns

Fares, zones and pass conditions are set by the published tariff in force; ask us and we will send you the current one.

How the network works day to day

Real-time bus tracking

Vehicles report their position on the line, so the app shows the bus that is coming rather than the one the timetable promised. Stop-by-stop arrival estimates update as it runs.

Timetables and diversion notices

Every line's departures, plus the notices for roadworks, events and school-term changes. Where we know in advance, the notice goes up before the first affected journey.

Parking paid by number plate

No ticket on the dashboard. The session is tied to the plate and the zone, enforcement reads the plate, and you extend or stop the session from wherever you are.

One history for both

Bus tickets and parking sessions sit in the same account with dates, amounts and zones, which is what you need when an employer or an accountant asks for them.

Vehicle and stop accessibility

Low-floor vehicles and step-free stops are marked on the line information, so a journey can be planned before leaving the house rather than discovered at the kerb.

When something goes wrong on the road

Buses run in traffic, and traffic is not a schedule. A closed street, a breakdown or a procession through the centre moves a line off its published route, and the honest version of a transport service is what it does in that hour.

Our practice is the same each time: the control desk sees the vehicle leave its route, the affected stops are flagged in the app, and a service notice says where the temporary stop is and roughly how long the arrangement lasts. If a journey cannot run at all, it is shown as cancelled rather than quietly left on the board to be waited for.

Questions we are actually asked

Do I still have to validate a ticket I bought on my phone?

Yes. Buying is not travelling. The ticket becomes valid when you validate it on board at the start of your journey, and an inspector checks the validation, not the purchase.

What happens if my phone has no signal when the bus arrives?

A ticket bought earlier is held on the device and can be validated without a connection. A ticket you have not bought yet needs a connection to pay, so buy before you reach the stop if coverage is poor where you wait.

How is parking enforced if there is no paper ticket in the window?

The session is recorded against your number plate and the zone you selected, and enforcement checks the plate against the live sessions. The most common error is a mistyped plate or the wrong zone, so check both before confirming.

What do I need to get a season pass?

A pass is issued to one named holder, so we verify identity once, plus proof of residency or enrolment where the tariff depends on it. Send an enquiry and we will tell you exactly which documents apply to your case before you start.

Fares, passes, parking sessions, employer accounts or a line that is not running as published — write to the office here.

  • Your message goes to the operator's office, not a call centre
